Adrasan Cove is a peaceful beachside resort area on the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. It is located in southern Turkey 90kn south of Antalya, 16km from Olympos and 3km from the small village of Adrasan (also known as Cavuskoy). This area was part of the Lycian empire in ancient times, and there are many historical sites close by. The Lycian Way which stretches approximately 500km from Fethiye to Antalya along the Turkish coast, runs directly through Adrasan Cove. The ruins of the ancient city of Olmypos (one of the most important cities of Lycia) and the eternal flames of Chimaera (where, according to Homer a terrifying, fire-breathing monster is said to have lived) are also close by.
